Due to COVID-19, all in-person training sessions and private lessons have been temporarily moved online.
If you are looking to become better prepared for group classes, or if you are unable to attend classes due to scheduling conflicts, we can still help you meet your goals to become healthier, more fit, more confident, and beyond. All our instructors offer private lessons, on a one-time or recurring basis as you prefer. In a private training setting, an instructor will work with you to build a custom lesson plan personalized to your needs—whether you’re looking to perfect a specific skill, brush up on an old technique, or just get an intense, specialized workout. We encourage clients to sample a private lesson and from there, determine if you would like on going personal training or small group training in self defense, yoga, or general fitness.
Private lessons are available for both adults and kids. If you have a partner or small group you wish to train with, we also offer private group lessons. Please send us an email with questions about rates and availability.
