Frequently Asked Questions

What do I bring to my first class?

We train in workout clothes and barefoot, so wear whatever you’re most comfortable in. (We do allow mat shoes or clean socks, if you prefer not to train barefoot.) We recommend bringing a towel for sweat and a water bottle, though we have a water fountain if you forget. Please show up 15 minutes early so you can meet the instructor and get situated.

What classes can I take?

Beginners are welcome to take all foundational classes in Krav Maga and Centerline Krav Maga.  All fitness classes are available for all students at any level. These include strength and conditioning, cardio kickboxing, qi gong, and warrior yoga.

How often do you assess for Tier advancements?

We will hold assessments approximately every 6-8 weeks, but instructors can be hired for a private assessment if a client is eager to take intermediate and advanced classes prior to the next scheduled group assessment.

Who can go to mixed level?

All clients, even beginners, are welcome to attend mixed level classes.  The techniques will be more intricate so personal discretion is advised.
