Frequently Asked Questions

What do I bring to my first class?

All of our in-person classes are currently outside, so please wear athletic shoes and dress for the weather. Please also bring a yoga mat or blanket, water, and sunscreen/hat in case there isn't shade.

What classes can I take?

Beginners are welcome to take all foundational classes in Krav Maga.  All fitness classes are available for all students at any level. These include strength and conditioning, cardio kickboxing, qi gong, and warrior yoga.

How often do you assess for Tier advancements?

We will hold assessments approximately every 6-8 weeks, but instructors can be hired for a private assessment if a client is eager to take intermediate and advanced classes prior to the next scheduled group assessment.

Who can go to mixed level?

All clients, even beginners, are welcome to attend mixed level classes.  The techniques will be more intricate so personal discretion is advised.
