You will get in shape, learn skills, transform body and mind, AND have fun in this all-inclusive fitness program that will improve your strength & conditioning, diet, daily habits, and self-defense! 


We are looking for a few people who want to get serious about developing a lifestyle of health and fitness!  We can only take 8 people to keep the group small enough to maintain a healthy distance and to remain contact free!  Sign up today and let us take care of the rest! All you need to do is show up...you will get whipped into shape but will come away accomplished, rejuvenated and energized!

Monday: 7:00 am Cardio

Thursday: 7:00 am Weights

Saturday: 10:00 am Defense
