You will get in shape, learn skills, transform body and mind, AND have fun in this all-inclusive fitness program that will improve your strength & conditioning, diet, daily habits, and self-defense!
We are looking for a few people who want to get serious about developing a lifestyle of health and fitness! We can only take 8 people to keep the group small enough to maintain a healthy distance and to remain contact free! Sign up today and let us take care of the rest! The Boot Camp Schedule (each session is 45 minutes):
Monday: 7:00 am Cardio
Thursday: 7:00 am Weights
Saturday: 10:00 am Defense
