Virtual Classes

We offer a zoom link for all classes for at home training. PLUS we have a YouTube channel with hundreds of videos from prior classes as well as short tutorials on all techniques in levels 1 and 2.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Normal workout clothes, water and a towel if you sweat!

    Masks are optional!

  • Beginners are welcome to take all foundational classes in Krav Maga. All fitness classes are available for all students at any level.

  • We will hold assessments approximately every 6-8 weeks, but instructors can be hired for a private assessment if a client is eager to take intermediate and advanced classes prior to the next scheduled group assessment.

  • All clients, even beginners, are welcome to attend mixed level classes. The techniques will be more intricate so personal discretion is advised.
